From there, our team develops a tailored creative plan and timeline. You’ll get clear next steps and a dedicated point of contact to keep everything moving smoothly.
There’s no fixed limit. We’ll work with you to scope out the number of videos and other assets needed for your campaign as part of your project or retainer. Larger or ongoing campaigns can agree on a production schedule that meets their content demands.
For larger or more complex projects, such as policy explainers or multi-part campaigns, we’ll work with you to plan a clear production timeline and milestones. This helps maintain quality while ensuring you get progress updates and staged deliveries along the way. If you have specific requirements, just let us know and we’ll tailor the approach to suit your campaign.
We offer unlimited revisions (except on the Essentials plan, which has limited revisions). If something isn’t quite right, we’ll refine it until you’re happy, whether that’s text, music, layout or pacing.
Yes. We offer flexible project-based and short-term retainers, so you can work with us just for your election period or a specific campaign window without any long-term commitment.
If you cancel in the first week, you'll get 75% back. Due to the nature of digital content production, all sales are final. However, if you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to adjust the content to your needs. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
